ML310 Slope Side Condo Faces Ballhooter Next to Village

Positive: Property was perfect

good for a few nights, but could improve on the cleanliness Positive: loved the close location and it was ski in/ski out! it’s also connected to the village. it was good for a couple nights. easy to find and free parking. Negative: when we arrived, there was long hair stuck on the shower walls and beard trimmings on the sink. there were also some white stains on the comforter (the only blanket in the condo). some of the pans were also had some food residue on them before use.

Clean and owner was very responsive

It’s a small, dated condo right on the slopes. Exactly what we needed for a few days of skiing.

The condo was in good shape and had a modern tv in the living area. So that was nice that I could airplay and stream from my phone or iPad. This isn’t a critique, but just passing on advice. I wouldn’t stay there with more than two people because the place is a bit on the small side. Maybe two adults and two small children might work, but if you have all your luggage and ski gear in there, you lose space in a hurry. The condo was quiet though and it was nice to have a view of the lift and not the parking lot. I would probably come and stay again, but I think the wireless router may need to be replaced. Thanks again for the hospitality and the chance to ski that amazing mountain!
